I will love to stay in Ghana permanently – Stevie Wonder
Stevie Wonder, iconic visually disabled singer and pianist, has hinted that he would soon move to Ghana.
Speaking at Oprah Winfrey’s program, ‘The Oprah Talk,’ he made it plain that he did not want his descendants to have to struggle with ethnic inequality.
“I want to see the nation smile again, and I want to see it before I move to Ghana,” Oprah said. “I’m trying to do that. I’m going to move to Ghana permanently,” he added.
“Because I don’t like to see the children of my children having to think, ‘Yeah, please, like me. Do value me, please. Respect me, please. What sort of sh*t is it? “The singer has asked.
Stevie Wonder even claimed that he wanted the planet to become a happier environment where there is no more hatred.
“I want the planet to be better off. I want us to move beyond this place. I want both of us to go to the funeral of hatred. That’s just what I like,” he said.
