Shatta Wale – I keep Trending Because I’m Patriotic

Shatta Wale, the contentious dancehall performer, claimed that his patriotism is the reason he consistently trended and made headlines.

Shatta Wale claims that the reason he constantly makes headlines is that he is too patriotic to remain silent about issues that the country is facing, particularly in the music industry where he works.

“I can say that I’m patriotic, apart from me being patriotic, and unfortunately the kind of job I do is in public so it makes it easier for people to speak about Shatta, so it’s just my job,” Shatta Wale iterated to Nhyira FM.

“Many people don’t know themselves but I can tell you that, everything I do, is planned. so it will get to time people will understand me”, he added.

Moreover, the SM chairman revealed during an interview on Nhyira FM that he attempts to be controversial and speaks out on a variety of issues because he is patriotic and that he has no plans to stop anytime soon.
