Other notable winners include Sarah Polley, who won Best Writing (Adapted Screenplay) for Women Talking, Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio, which won Best Animated Feature Film, and All Quiet on the Western Front, which won Best International Feature Film and Best Production Design.

Navalny won Best Documentary Feature, while An Irish Goodbye won Best Live Action Short Film, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse won Best Animated Short Film, and The Elephant Whisperers won Best Documentary Short Film.

The winners in the technical categories were also announced, and they included Mark Weingarten, James H. Mather, Al Nelson, Chris Burdon, and Mark Taylor, who won Best Sound, Frank Petzold, Viktor Müller, Markus Frank, and Kamil Jafar, who won Best Visual Effects, and James Friend, who won Best Cinematography.

Volker Bertelmann won Best Music (Original Score) for his work on All Quiet on the Western Front, while Ruth E. Carter won Best Costume Design for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and Adrien Morot, Judy Chin, and Anne Marie Bradley won Best Makeup and Hairstyling for The Whale.
